At Shava.co we value your satisfaction and want to ensure you have a positive shopping experience with us. Please read our return and refund policy carefully to understand how returns are handled.
30-Day Return Period:
You may return products purchased from Shava.co within 30 days from the date of delivery. We will issue a full refund to your original payment method upon a successful return.
To be eligible for a return, please ensure the following conditions are met:
- The order or item(s) were purchased directly from Hendrickscorner.com.
- The 30-day return period starts from the date you receive your order or when it's marked as "delivered" in our system.
- The item(s) must be returned in their original packaging, with all accessories included, and in new or as-new condition.
- You have followed the return instructions provided by Shava.co

Damaged Items Upon Arrival:
In the case of a damaged product or a manufacturing error, we offer a free replacement, if you contact us within 30 days of delivery. Please note: If the order shipping details were incorrect, or if you ordered the wrong size or color, SHAVA will not be held responsible and will not offer replacements or refunds. When exchanging a product, items must be in new condition, unworn, and unwashed. When we receive your exchange, we will inspect the item and if is deemed to be in "new condition" we will process your exchange. When sending an item for exchange, please include:
1. Original 4-digit order number for verification purposes
2. Please include listing the item and size you would like an exchange for
3. Send us an email stating your inquiry for an exchange
These three steps help us make sure your exchange is handled as efficiently as possible.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for exchanges both ways. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Shipping will not be charged for defective items. Defective items are items that are damaged when received in "new condition".
Depending on where you live, shipping times may vary.
What is the restocking fee?
There are no restocking applicable for all orders
To cancel your order, contact us at email@example.com with the subject line "CANCEL, ORDER," and specify your order number within 24 hours of your purchase. If the order has already been processed and shipped, we cannot guarantee immediate cancellation.
Once we receive and inspect your return, you will receive an email notification confirming the processing of your refund. If approved, the refund will be credited to your original payment method. Please allow your bank or credit card company up to 5-10 business days to process the refund.
